Spanish fintech company goes public

The arrival of the Spanish company Allfunds means that the Amsterdam stock exchange has gained yet another fintech company. Allfunds operates a digital platform, which is used by more than 100,000 investment funds, to link investors to fund managers.

Allfunds’ clients are mainly asset managers and other financial institutions that offer their customers a wide range of investment possibilities. Allfunds is active in almost 60 countries. Despite the choice for an IPO in Amsterdam, Allfunds has no special link to the Netherlands. At the time of the IPO, approximately a quarter of the existing shares were sold. No new shares were issued.
